What is faith ?
What is faith? Is it something you can touch or see? feel or hear ? Nope to me faith is better described as a state of being. It is to do that thing you believe with your whole heart to be true and just.
Faith is obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ even if His instruction to you does not make sense because you know that He will never make you do something that is harmful to yourself or others.
It is because of faith in Jesus that Peter got out of the boat when Jesus called him. Peter saw Jesus on the waves and knew that there is no need to fear when Jesus is near and therefore he got out of the boat and walked on the water…that is faith my friends !!

Om aan die einde van JOU krag te kom en jouself in God vas te loop! Om “rock bottom” te wees! Niks wat jy probeer werk nie! Jy word geforseer om alle menslike hoop op te gee en gedwing om op God te vertrou en te sien hoe Sy vertroue die enigste uitweg is!
2 Kor 12:9 “My genade is genoeg vir jou, want My krag kom juis in swakheid tot volle verwesenliking. Daarom sal ek baie liewer oor my swakhede spog sodat die krag van Christus voortdurend deur my kan werk. Ek is dus tevrede met my swakhede, beledigings, ontberings, vervolgings en benoudhede ter wille van Christus, want wanneer ek swak is, juis dan is ek sterk”-

Dankie vir hierdie mooi woorde. GELOOF vir my is die absolute seker wete dat Jesus in beheer is. Maak nie saak of my huis afbrand of my geliefde sterf of wat ookal nie – ek hoef niks te vrees nie – Jesus is my krag en sterkte – Jesus is in beheer.
